Alpesh Yoga is a yoga teacher training and healing center offering 200 hour yoga teacher training course & short yoga retreats in Dharamshala and Goa. The yoga school has been founded by Mr. Alpesh who has over 10 years of teaching experience in yoga and has been self practicing for over 22 years. An expert in Hatha Yoga, he works closely with his team of trainers to teach yoga philosophy, postures, forms, anatomy, and other yoga teacher training aspects.

About Alpesh
Alpesh was influenced by his Mother Manjula devi. She has been practicing Bhaki Yoga (worship), Karma Yoga ( helping people), and Gyana Yoga (knowledge) for decades. Alpesh has suffered from Epilepsy and Mental Health from childhood. However, he has manged his conditions through regular practice of Yoga and Breathing Techniques. At 12, Alpesh started practicing yoga with several Jain Monks. He went on to attend several courses with the Monks and other yoga teachers in Mysore, Pune and Rishikesh. Since 2006 Alpesh has be influenced by Iyenger Yoga and this concentrates on body alignment.
