About Gayatri Farms Resort in Kolan Village, Dhom Dam Road, Wai

Gayatri Resort is a small agro tourism resort run personally by a local farmer Jitenndra Jaigude and his family. It is situated at picturesque Kolan village on the out-skirts of Wai town en-route to Mahabaleshwar. Its just about 1.5 km from Wai town and is situated on the banks of Krishna river.

Gayatri resort is good place for people who want to spend few days away from busy city life or typical crowded hill stations like Mahabaleshwar. You can also relish lovely home cooked steamy hot Maharashtrian village food by the Jaigude family.

You can try out various activities if you get bored of just relaxing. You can chose between Boating at Dhom Dam, Site seeing in nearby attractions, Working in local farms , fishing in Krishna River or simply a short drive to Mapro Garden about 10min drive away.

The resort offers an option AC and Non-AC rooms, though AC is rarely needed, perfect for a weekend gate-away or family / school reunion.
