About Palampur Fitness Club in 1st Floor, Vrinda Complex, Ghuggar, Near Kali Badi Mandhir HP, Palampur

We have five sections in our fitness club, cardio section, strength-section, free weight area, activity area for yoga, aerobics and dance and spa.
In Cardio section we have Treadmills, Elliptical trainers, Recumbent bike, Upright bike and Spinning bikes. All machines are high-tech and latest and imported from USA (Viva Fitness)

Strength section includes dual stations for different body muscles.
In free weight area we have multi adjustable bench and weights for all low to heavy lifting,
We have well spaced activity area in which we have aerobics sessions, yoga sessions and dance classes.
We have well furnished steam bath in spa section with shower panels with sanitized washrooms.
