About College of Agriculture-CSK Agriculture Univesity in CSKHPKV, Palampur, Kangra (H.P.), Palampur

CSK Himachal Pradesh Agricultural University (CSKHPKV) is an agricultural university at Palampur in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It was established in November 1978 as an expansion of the existing College of Agriculture established in May 1966. Hill agriculture is the focus of this University. The University is accredited by NBA (India's National Board of Accreditation) and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). A very prestigious place for nurturing the young minds from all over the world.

The University has all kinds of facilities like Library, Computer Centre, Student Welfare organisation(SWO), Auditorium and Hostel facilities even for International Students. The SWO has both the playing area as well as Gymnasium facility.

Most Important thing for new students is that there is no place for ragging in this University. The Anti Ragging Committee continuously monitors Student activities regarding ragging.
