About Meenvallam Waterfalls in Kalladikkode, Palakkad
Meenvallam waterfall is situated in Palakkad district. The water falls from a height of around 25 ft and the depth of the water is 20 ft. This waterfall has 10 steps and the 8 steps lies in dense forest. Each of these steps has a height that ranges from 5 to 40 m. All these steps within the forests are not accessible. One can enjoy the last 2 steps of this waterfall which is a scenic beauty. To reach to this falls one has to trek for around 2 kms from Koomankund junction and also have to cross the river Thuppanad. This waterfall and the surrounding areas are less explored by the people and so remain untouched.Top categories in Palakkad
