Om-Sai Moulds & Plastics was founded in 2004, manufacturing critical Plastic Injection moulds. In 2006, we ventured into manufacturing Ready-to-Assemble full finish Die-casting die inserts catering to critical quality requirements of almost all the leading die casting die manufacturers in India from Dietech to Godrej to Endurance.
Our rich experience of 8 years of die inserts manufacturing and strong quality acceptance helped us to gather knowledge and confidence towards venturing into Complete Die manufacturing.

We are now a Professional High Pressure Die Casting Dies supplier from past 4 years with highly sophisticated Tool-room equipped with best in class CNC machines and highly motivated team.
We request customers to test and validate us by giving us an opportunity in RPD (Repeat Production Dies) and once proven, complete the trust cycle by awarding us business in NPD (New Product Development) project.
We mainly produce die casting dies of Automotive-Motorcycle-Scooter Engine parts and so on. Now we have total 75 employees, 32 of them are engineers. Most of our employees have rich experience of HPDC die designing and manufacturing. The use of CAD/CAE/CAM softwares runs through the whole process of HPDC dies.
We started overseas business from 2008 having exported HPDC dies to Lumel - Poland and have gained rich experience in outputting technology services to overseas market and already formed professional project management process for foreign customers.
We have total 30 sets of different kinds of machines to manufacture HPDC dies. 6 of them are CNC VMC machines including in-house Graphite electrode machining facility.
We can produce about 100 sets of HPDC dies per year. For some special parts, the die tolerance we can ensure +/- 0.01 mm. Regarding die trial, we have tie up with reputed die casting part supplier based in Nashik itself.
