Choudhary Yatra Company is founded out of Hon’ble Bajaranglalji’s blessing on 1st May 1983 in Nashik. It was lacking experience, capital, services and environment to begin with. It was a real test of character for Premchand, Chaturbhuja, Mahendrapal, and Brijmohan- the sons of Hon’ble Bajaranglalji. They all thought only one thing that the Choudhary Yatra Company would grow only if the tourist is satisfied with the service. From that day the motto of the company is ‘tourists’ satisfaction is the real profit’.
All of them strive hard to prove that ‘nothing is impossible’.
Their efforts paid off and the rare sight that all four brothers working together wholeheartedly for the prosperity of company.

The company has got national honour as it is recognized as the domestic tour operator by the Govt. of India.

Shri. Chaturbhuj Choudhary, the vice chairman of the company has worked as the vice president of Maharashtra Tours Organisers Association. He was honoured in 2000, with a memento by the hands of former minister of state for transport Shri. Subhash Thakre
and in the presence of former minister of transport Shri. Shivajirao Moghe by Maharashtra Railway, S.T. (City) and Water transport tourists organisation. For providing 10% concession more to senior citizens’ tours. Shri. Chaturbhuja Choudhary was felicitated for the second
time by Shri. Patangrao Kadam, former Industry and Trade Minister, with a certificate and memento in 2001.

Shri. Brijmohan Choudhary, the managing director of the company, was felicitated with ‘Sevaratna Award’ by Shri Seva Samrat Gunawant Baba Charate Pratishthan at the hands of Mahamandaleshwar Santashreshtha Mauli Devbappa (Farashiuwle) on 26 December 2005. He was honoured for organising Dynaneshwari parayan (recitation) programme and Akhand Harinam saptaha (continuous singing of Harinam for a week) as well as voicing the problems of transporters and tourists at the government level. This was a receipt of the great accomplishment he has done in the field religious tourism.

The special interview of Shri. Brijmohan Choudhary was telecasted on Zee Marathi, in a program titled ‘Zee 24 Tas Battnya Khas’ discussing the problems and solutions of roads and tourism centres in Maharashtra.

From 1st April 2004 the Ashtavinak tour is being run on ‘No profit No loss’ basis to make the people enables to visit religious places like Ashtavinayak, Bhimashankar, Dehu, Aalandee, Jejuri and others. From last few year's the Amarnath yatra was hit by the bloodshed done by the terrorists. In this critical situation, the company courageously took 558 pilgrims to Amarnath in 2008.
