SANDRP is an informal network of organisations and individuals working on issues related to water sector with a special focus on large dams in India and South Asia. SANDRP's broad objective is to work on these aspects so that democracy, people and environment get their due place. Started in 1998, SANDRPs activties include monitoring, research, documentation, networking and awareness building amongst organisations and communities about these issues.
