2. I am a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having qualified Chartered Accountancy in 1988. I have further completed a Certificate and Advanced Course in International Taxation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

3. I am a Statutory and Honorary Auditor to a large number of Public Sector Companies, Banks and Government Organizations. I serve on the Board of Directors of several prominent Indian corporations associated with Banking and Para Banking services, Construction, Mines, Security, Cash & ATM Management, Exports, International Trading,Travel & Media and Defense.
