About School of Business, Public Policy and Social Entrepreneurship in Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi

Ambedkar University was set up by NCT of Delhi in 2008 to promote research and teaching in Social Sciences and Humanities. It is currently offering several B.A. Honors and Masters level programmes.

The School of Business, Public Policy and Social Entrepreneurship (SBPPSE) was founded in 2011 with the objective of providing professional education and training and promoting research in the areas of business management, public policy and social entrepreneurship. It will offer three masters level programmes: Management in Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Public Policy (MPP) and Masters in Social Entrepreneurship (MSE), and Doctoral Programmes.

The MBA programme of SBPPSE was launched in 2011, and the first session commences in July 2012. The course is structured such that it takes a holistic approach to business and profit within the larger context of the wider society and economy. It integrate basic elements of public policy and social entrepreneurship into the MBA curriculum – different from the traditional MBA, thus focusing on creating wealth generators along with wealth managers.
