About Brown Bread Bakery in 5084 - A Ajay Guest House Ground Floor Main Bazaar Road, Delhi

Brown Bread Bakery and Organic Food was registered as a company in 2008 to cater to growing demand for a range of organic products.
We are committed to using as many organic products as possible in our food. All our bakery products are made from different kinds of organic grains which we grind fresh. These grains, rice and dal we use are produced by traditional organic small farmers which we visit and check regularly. We started an agreement with small local farmers to start producing organically grown fruits and vegetables. In addition, all of our different cheeses except Auroville (handmade) and Kodai (from South India) come from Himachal Pradesh, Nepal and Sikkim where the farmers bring their cows up to the mountains in order to feed them in the most natural and healthy way during the summer.
In this way, we provide you with the healthiest food while at the same time supporting small farms to continue their organic farming.
Brown Bread is committed to providing fair working-conditions for all of our staff. They receive fair salaries, holidays, health insurance, a pension plan and share options in the newly formed Brown Bread Bakery and Organic Food P. Ltd.

We believe in a sustainable world where communities work together to create strong relationships and strong support. Since the opening of the bakery and the first restaurant in 2006, Brown Bread Bakery has been committed to supporting the nearby Learn For Life charity, an NGO that works to provide free education and medical assistance for the poor of Varanasi. Arti, a woman's empowerment group supported by the society, produces a range of organic products sold in the restaurants.
