TheSHANTHINIKETHANA RURAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY (R) YADGIR KARNATAKA was establishedin 2013, since then the organization has been expanding continuously in termsof social development service. It has worked for the promotion of sustainable,equitable, and participatory development, social welfare, and social justicethrough Program for social work, Human Resources Management, Health service, and other human service through social research and dissemination of sociallyrelevant knowledge, social intervention through training and field action,contribution to social and welfare policy and program at state, National andInternational levels, over the years, the organization has among others (NGOs,societies) thrusts made a significant contribution to planning, actionstrategies and Human Resource Development in several areas, ranging fromsustainable rural and urban development to education, health, Agriculture, andHuman Rights, in all case, the focus has been on the disadvantaged andmarginalized section of societies, such as women, children and tribal.

      The SHANTHINIKETHANA RURAL DEVELOPMENTSOCIETY (R) YADGIR has earned recognition as an institution (Organization) ofrepute from state Government of Karnataka, Working with closely govt ofKarnataka department to get poor and uneducated people and migrant communitypeople get the scheme development the society to under giving skill developmenttraining workshop with children and education to working with children genderequality family welfare department  wecovered more than 1589 children and 32 migrant community area in Yadgir dist weare working 29 villages to giving to work with them under the project likeeducation, health women empowerment project to service the society
