About Raasi DAV High School in The India Cements Limited, Vishnupuram, Vishnupuram

Raasi High School - Founded in 1982, which was inaugurated by Padmabhushan Dr. B V Raju in Vishnupuram, The Raasi Cements Ltd ( now India Cements Ltd ).

After successful 2 decades of establishment, the school was allowed to take over by Dayanand Anglo-Vedic Schools System in the year of 2003 and considered as one of the branches of DAV Schools and transformed to Raasi DAV High school.

About D.A.V: DAV Public Schools System is the single largest non-governmental education society in India which was founded in 1886, in Lahore by the efforts of Lala Hansraj, it manages 667 institutions today, 461 of which are high school level institutions, with an annual budget of more than 2 billion rupees.
