WE CARE aims to level the employment field for disadvantaged women for providing bold livelihoods options that enhance women economic status, dignity and decision making within their families as well as in the society.
WE CARE tries to provide livelihoods with dignity for resource poor women living in urban & rural areas in India
WE CARE hardly works to remove the burden of the neglect and discrimination on women and make the women counseled to look after their health and hygiene besides the household work, looking after siblings and a work outside the home.
WE CARE completely strives for the women to stand on their legs that is have their own individuality by taking up the economic programs such as micro enterprise and increase their economic contribution to the household without actually experiencing corresponding increase in their social status or decision making power at home.
WE CARE is also involved in the whole spectrum of developmental activities from creating environmental awareness for undertaking watershed development from disaster management to all sustainable livelihoods from joint forest management to giving inputs to policies. We participate in nature campaigning through research and monitoring. And will work for environmental protection, conservation and awareness. The issues like future of environmental protection, conservation & sustainable development are some of the major focus areas.
WE CARE supports the child welfare and child rights. To carry out the object of child development and education across the sections of the society in order to improve the literacy rate and overall development of the society. The aim is to provide support to the children in need for education resources and encourages them to become a responsible human being in the society. Providing and supporting the children in obtaining the overall development through various programs and activities
