Diksha means, Initiative or Beginning. At Diskha, we aim at producing new talents and make them to identify their strengths. Each individual is trained and motivated in such a way that they show exemplary performances in their respective fields. Their likes, needs and dislikes are carefully analysed keeping in view the society as the priority. The thoughts of the young minds are shaped in such a way that the individual is looked upon as an ideal amidst his circle.
