About Municipal Authorities in Narlavarividi Machavaram Down,Vijayawada-520 004, Vijayavada

I am resident of Machavaram Down, Narlavari Street, Door No. 31-24-171 & 172, Vijayawada-4, since 1948. In the year 2003 I effected Paralysis. STILL SUFFERING WITH PARALYSIS. I am pleading to help me from the
facebook advertisement.

2.The Municipal Corporation, Vijayawada authorities vehemently attempting to evict me from my house, which acquired by my father, I do not know the particulars of the document, but the said document was burnt due to fire accident during the life time of my father.

3.Though I am not resident of Padavalarevu, the corporation authorities pressing the notice into service of the notice into service wrongly mentioning as Padavalarevu.

4. During his life time my father paid the property tax for the schedule property and the revenue authorities issued receipt for the payment of tax stating that the receipt issued for the payment of tax for the patta Land. The property situated in R.S.No.10/1 revenue ward 24 which is a private land and I am not an encroacher. The certified copy submitted before the Honourable Court the Municipal Corporation submitted town survey Register extract, in which the Old Survey number mentioned as 12, and Revenue Ward No.16, which are no way related to my property. I am residing at Narlavariveedhi, but not at Padavalarevu.

5. In the impugned notice dated 7.5.2013 issued by the first defendant contrary to the earlier notice dated 7.2.2012, it was mentioned that one house was allotted to me at Gangireddula Dibba under JNNURM scheme on payment of Rs.40,000/- for beneficiary contribution. Though my house Is not required for laying of the BRTS road which is already laid and running smoothly without acquired my house. Now the Municipal corporation came with a new plea that my house is essential for connecting the gap in 1000 meter dia D.I. Raw Water Pumping main to Gangireddula Dibba 46 MLD Water Treatment Plan. The same itself shows clearly that the Municipal Corporation purposefully trying to vacating me from my house even without required my house i.e., in the initial the Municipal Corporation issued notice for laying 40 feet road at Narlavari Street and subsequently for laying BRTS road and now laying the water pumping connection.

6.If really the Municipal Corporation have such purpose the same can be lay in front of my house or any other vacant nearby. It is not necessary to evict me by demolishing my house.

7.I am a paralysis patient and my wife suffering with illness with long sick. At that juncture I have no other go if the Municipal Corporation evict me highhandedly.

8.The final notice also issued by the Municipal Corporation against me to vacate the premises within three days immediately after receipt of notice, in which the Municipal corporation referred the earlier correspondence, the contents are against to the notice, Dt:11-10-2012 which issued under reference R.C.G. 5 Prajavani, 73664/12 issued by City planner on behalf ofin which mentioned as the matter is pending before the Honourable court and further action will be taken after getting orders from the Court.

నా పెరు అద్ద0కి శివ శంకర రావు, మా నాన్న గారి పెరు సుబ్బారావు మా నాన్నగారు తపాలా శాఖలొ పని చేసి పదవీ విరమణ పొ0దివున్నారు. మా నాన్నగారు క్రిష్నా జిల్లా గన్నవరం నుండి 1947వ సంవత్సరం డిశంబర్ లొ విజయవాడ ఫ్రదాన తంతి కార్యాలయమునకు బదిలీ ఆఈ వచ్హినారు. 1948వ సంవత్సరం లొ రాజ్య్యలక్ష్మ్ ఆనె విజయవాడ నివాసి వద్ద నుండి 350 చ. గ. స్థలం క్రయం పొంది ఆందులొ నిరాటంకముగా నివసించుచున్న సమయములొ అగ్న్ ప్రమదవశాత్తు 1970వ సంవత్సరంలొ ఇల్లు ఖాళీపొఇనది. తరువాత ఆ స్థలంలొ క్రొత్తగా ఇల్లు నిర్మించి విజయవాడ మునిసిఫల్ కార్పొరెషన్ వారికి ఇంటిపన్ను, మంచినీటిపన్ను కుళాఇ పన్ను కట్టియున్నారు. మా నాన్నగారు 1984వ సంవత్సరంలొ, మా అమ్మగారు 1993వ సంవత్సరంలొ మరణించినారు. నెను అదై ఇంటియందు పుట్టి పెరిగినాను. అక్కడ 1948 నుండి ఇప్పటి వరకు అనగా షుమారు 65 సంవత్సరంలుగా నివసించుచున్నాము. 2009వ సంవత్సరం నవంబరు నెలలొ నార్ల్ల వారి వీధిని మాష్టరు ఫ్లాను ప్రకారం 40 అడుగులు చెయలని మునిసిఫల్ కర్పొరెషన్ నుంచి నాకు నొటీసు అందినది. నెను మీటింగు హాలుకు వెళ్ళగా 6 అడుగులు స్థలం తీసుకుంటామని సిటీ ప్లానరు గారు చెప్పియున్నారు. అంటె నార్లవారి వీధిని 40 అడుగులు రొడ్డుగా విస్తరింపచెయాలని అన్నారు. భీ.ఆర్.టీ.ఎస్.రోడ్ వెస్తున్నాం అని బీ అర్ టీ ఎస్ రోడ్డు వెసి కాలువ మీద బ్రిడ్జీ కట్టినారు. బీ అర్ టీ ఎస్ రోడ్డు పుర్తి ఐనది. ఆ రోడ్డు మీద రాకపొకలు జరుగుచు వున్నవి. ఇపుదు మంచినీటి పేపులేను కొసం నా 350 చ.గ. స్థలమును కుల్చివెస్తామని మునిసిపల్ కర్పొరెషన్వారు నొటీసు ఇచ్హినారు. బీ అర్ టీ ఎస్ రోడ్డు వెయక ముందె మా ఇంటిముందు నుంచి 10 అడుగుల దురములొ పెద్ద పెద్ద పైపు లైనులు 10 అదుగుల లొతులొ నార్లవారి వీధి నుంచి రైవస్ కాలువ అవతల వరకు వెసి యున్నారు. ఇపుడు అక్కడ ఎటువంటి పైపు లైనులు వెయవలసిన అవసరం లెదు. అందు వలన యావ్వత్ ప్రజానీకానికీ నెను కొరునది ఎమనగా నెను ఇచ్హిన లెఖ ప్రకరం నాకు మీ నుంచి గట్టి మద్దతు కొరుచున్నాను. మీ మద్దతును ఫిసె బుక్ లొ లేక్ ద్వారా తెలియచెయవలసిందిగా సవినయముగా విన్నవించుకొనుచున్నాను.
