What is an E-cell?
An Entrepreneurship Cell or E-Cell is a club run by students to practice and promote entrepreneurship in campus communities.
They are committed and driven to thinking and acting entrepreneurially and to explore entrepreneurship as a career option and a way of life.
Objective of an E-cell
The goal of an E-Cell is to help create the Entrepreneurial Leaders of tomorrow and creating a platform for leading starting companies.
•Entrepreneurial leaders are focused on opportunities and value creation and have the necessary knowledge, skills and networks to be highly successful.
•These leaders positively impact the economic growth and nurture the entrepreneurial eco-system of the nation. This can be done through:-
1.Organizing Workshops and Lectures to create awareness about entrepreneurship.
2.Functioning as a guide for students having creative ideas which can be transformed into successful companies.
3.Providing mentorship to individuals for students launching their start-ups and to translate the smallest yet inspiring ideas into functional business setups with keenness.

Defining Missions of E-cell:
Before launching different programs and activities, a set of goals and objectives for the E-Cell may be defined.
This does not mean flowery “mission statements” but rather a set of achievable goals and tasks necessary to make the objectives a reality, and provide a sense of direction.
An organized group with a well-thought-out purpose will find it easier to get buy-in and support from faculty and administration to set up the E-Cell. This will make it easier to use campus resources and infrastructure, and also enable access to a broader network of people outside the campus community.
