• Each plot is of 150 Sq Yard (1350 Sq Feet)
• The sale price of each plot is Rs. 7,99,000 (Seven Lac Ninety Nine Thousand) and this price is valid for limited period.
• The plot will be duly registered in the name of buyer and hence he/she becomes the owner of the plot.
• The plot will be taken back on long lease of 25 years or up to the year 2039, whichever is earlier for building Solar Power Plant and the plot owner will get monthly rent for entire 25 years or up to the year 2039, whichever is earlier as per the rent schedule given in the below Table.
