Our Journey:
Promoter of the Institute Mrs. Shobha Khatwa has 17 years of experience in the segment, she started hobby classes in the year of 1999 and the journey continued by adding so many activities based on market trend and expectations.
Afterwards, she started “Shobha Creation Culinary Art and Baking Institute” in the year of 2010, the institute runs courses in Bakery and confectionery from beginner to professional level.
Now, we added one more feather in out hat, and launching “Stanford Institute of Culinary Art and Hospitality Management” with a vision to cater to industry demand of skilled manpower and to help in self employment. The Institute got affiliation from well known and prestigious organization promoted by Government of India and all the courses offered by the institute are valid worldwide.
