Basic Principle:

As you are aware any fuel contains Hydro-Carbon molecules, here we take an example of Natural Gas to explain our basic principle.

Complete combustion equation of Methane : CH4 [g] + 2 O2[g] -> CO2[g] + 2 H2O[l] + 891 kJ

Hence for complete fuel combustion C-H and O=O bond has to break to connect with C-O and H-O to produce CO2 & H2O.Based on equipment fuel consumption we can customize our AFC in such a way so that the Pull force of our AFC magnet is greater than the force required to break one C-H & O=O bond.

Hence our magnetic force will break C-H bond of fuel line molecules and O=O bond of air line molecules and try to 100% combustion (mixing) of Carbon & Hydrogen atoms with Oxygen, which is generally 70 to 80% in gas, petrol, diesel, Fo & coal fired equipment available in the market.

This effect is caused by the re-alignment of the molecules (polarization) resulting in an almost perfect mixture of fuel and oxygen.

You can install our product in different- different equipments like Boiler, Furnace, Ovens, Kilns, Incinerator, Thermopac, Driers, power generation Engines & automobile engines and enjoy guaranteed fuel saving from 5% to 25%.
