Nature of Work :
Industrial Painting is a vast field covering various aspects of coatings. In simple words, the main aim here is to preserve the originality of the asset (steel) and its life for longer period. We strongly believe this can be achieved by perfect combination of 1) Right selection of Painting System 2) Quality of Raw Materials & 3) Quality of Workmenship. Thus we take extra care for surface preparation whether it is done manually or by Blasting. We apply matching combinations of Primers, Intermediates & Finish Paints manually or by spraying after preparing the surface area by manually degreasing, scrapping & wire brushing or by Blasting. We undertake all kind of Industrial Painting Jobs for applying Epoxy, Polyurethane, Chlorinated Rubber, Heat Resisting Aluminum, Cold Galvanising, Synthetic, Special Protective, etc. paints to various Industrial areas like high rise Steel Structures, Telecommunication Towers, Roof Structures, Equipments, Pipelines, Vessels, Tanks, Reactors, Chimneys, Heavy Engineering Machineries, Pumps & Motors, Galvanised Cooling Ducts, etc.. We also undertake all kind of Interior & Exterior Decorative Painting jobs for applying White Wash, Color Wash, Cement Paint, Special Exterior Paints, Distempers, Emulsion Paints, Plastic Emulsion Paints, etc.

Infrastructure :
We are adequately equipped with all necessary apparatus required to undergo a large scale Industrial Painting Project. We have highly experienced & efficient staff of Engineers, Site Supervisors and Skilled Applicators capable of completing any given task with desired result in specified time frame. We are equipped with Blasting Equipments, Air Compressors, Power Tools, Spray Guns, etc,. and have steel & bamboo scaffolding facilities to carry jobs over 15,000 M2 at a time. We always keep enough & adequate quantity of stocks like Paints, Primers, Thinners, Blasting Accessories, Spray Gun Accessories, Wire brushes, Scrappers, Sand Papers, Painting Brushes, etc. at all our sites to prevent the loss of work due to lack in time supply of any material.

We have always given top most priority and importance to Safety. We always insist our site staff to obey & comply with all safety measures to avoid any risk to their health. We always provide Safety Belts, Safety Helmets, Safety shoes, Safety Goggles, Safety Masks, Gloves, Ear Plugs, Blasting Hood, etc. to our site staff. We also keep First Aid kits at all our sites and cover all our site staff with workmen compensation Insurance.
