Skolarly provides an engaging and fun learning/teaching platform for everyone. Skolarly is jointly developed and owned by BPC connect which is a part of Baroda Productivity council.

Baroda Productivity Council est in 1959, is an autonomous, non-profit institution affiliated to National Productivity Council, New Delhi and Asian Productivity Organization, Tokyo. It has equal representation of Government, Educational & Research Institutes, Industrial houses as well as Labor Organizations in its managing committee. It is registered under the Societies registration Act, 1860 (ACT XXI of 1860) Registration No.: BOM. 298/BRD

BPC is actively involved in various educational programs and has launched its information technology department under the name of "BPC Connect" to create a one stop educational platform for educators to provide comprehensive holistic online learning experience for all kinds of learners.
