About Hotel Rajmahal Bhindar in Rajmahal Bhindar, P.O. Bhinder, Ravli Pol, Udaipur
The construction of Rajmahal Bhindar was started by Maharaj Shakti Singh Ji the younger brother of Maharana Pratap in 1578 AD.Its a 432 years old palace. The palace was expanded several times by successive rulers. The palace consists of living quarters, Zenana mahal(the ladies chamber) , courtyards and muralled walls, terraces etc.Bhindar is situated in the general direction east-south - east of the city of udaipur. On the National highway no. 76 to Ajmer-Jaipur and then delhi, eIther you peel off right at Bhatewar or Keer ki chowki, Bhindar lies about 65 kms from Udaipur.
