Pacific Institute of Engineering is a premier institute situated 8km from beautiful city of Udaipur on NH No.76. The college was established in the year 2009 under the flagship of Pacific Education Society. Established under, the Society's Act in the year 1995 with the mission of promoting quality education in various spheres of education like management, commerce, dental and others. Society is promoted by 200 crore Pacific Group of Industries. It is promoted by Sh.B.R. Agarwal and Shri Rahul Agarwal who are the leading textile, and marble industrialists of the region. In last 14 years of its existence, society has promoted more than 10 colleges.

Director's Message

To throw some light on the technical education system in Indian, I would like to bring into the reader's kind attention that India's higher education system is the third largest in the world, after China and the United States. This was achieved because after the first Five Year Plan, India's emphasis was to develop a pool of scientifically and technically inclined manpower. India's National Policy on Education (NPE) provisioned for an apex body for regulation and development of higher technical education, which came into being as the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in 1987 through an act of the Indian parliament. India's improved education system is often cited as one of the main contributors to the economic rise of India. Much of the progress in education has been credited to various private institutions.
