We are today in the midst of the second major revolution of the century; i.e. Multimedia Revolution. The advent of multimedia has revolutionised the way we communicate and conduct business to transform our life style.
Multimedia is the technology that enables integration of all the media elements like text, audio, video and graphics along with a feature of interactivity. While the technology now available in all parts of the world is cost-effective, there is a tremendous shortage of trained manpower in Multimedia. Unless we are able to create adequate trained manpower in this technology, we will be unable to exploit the tremendous potential of Multimedia.
The mission is to create a pool of high quality multimedia professionals who will meet the demanding needs of the industry for the latest generation of multimedia applications.
