GENERAL MASSAGE: Body massage with herbal oils or herbal powder for one hour by hand to tone up the body to improved blood circulation etc.

REJUVENATION MASSAGE: This massage includes body massage with herbal oils or herbal powder by hand, head massage, face massage for one and half hours. This is good for rejuvenating the body to reduce mental tension, sexual weakness, to improve vitality etc.

SLIMMING PROGRAMME: This includes two types of massages (1) Medicated herbal powder massage (2) Medicated herbal oils massage. These two massage will be on or 28 days. Intake of herbal juice, herbal preparation and ayurvedic diet is advised during the period.

BEAUTY CARE PROGRAMME: In this programme herbal face package, herbal cream massage, herbal oil massage and intake of herbal medicines are included. The benefits of this programme are as follows: (1) increases skin complexion (2) Beautifies the body figure.

OUR PRIME TREATMENTS

PIZHICHIL: In this treatment lukewarm herbal oils are applied all over the body by trained masseurs in a special rhythmic way continuously for about 60 to 90 minutes per day for a period of 7 to 21 days. This treatment is very useful for Rheumatic diseases like Arthritis, Paralysis, Hemiplegia, Paralysis-agittanus, sexual weakness, nervous weakness, nervous disorders etc.

NAVARAKIZHI: It is a process by which body or any specific part thereof is made to perspire by the application of certain medical puddings externally in the form of boluses tied up in muslin bag. This is applied by masseurs for about 60 to 90 minutes per day for a period of 14 days. This treatment is for all types of Rheumatism, pain in the joints, emaciation of limbs, blood pressure, cholesteraemia and certain kinds of skin diseases.

DHARA: In this process, some herbal oils, medicated milk, medicated butter milk etc., are poured on the forhead in a special method for about 45 minutes in a day for a period of 7 to 21 days. This treatment is mainly for insomnia, vatha predominated diseases, mental tension and certain skin diseases.

VASTHI: Certain herbal oils, extracts etc., are applied through the rectum daily for a period of 5 to 25 days. This treatment is for arthritis, paralysis, hemiplegia, numbness, gastric complaints associated with Rheumatism and constipation.

SIROVASTHI: Certain lukewarm herbal oils are poured into a cap fitted on the head for 15 to 60 minutes per day according to the patient’s conditions for a period of 7 days. This treatment is highly effective for facial paralysis, dryness of nostrils, mouth and throat, severe headaches, burning sensation of the head & other vatha originated diseases.

UDAVARTHANAM: This is a typical massage with herbal powders for about 30 minutes for a period of 14 to 28 days. This treatment is for the diseases like hemiplegia, paralysis, obesity (excess fat) and certain rheumatic ailments.

ABHYANGAM: Special type of oil massaged in which strokes are given according to the diseases for 45 minutes per day for 14 days. This treatment is very useful for obesity, especially for diabetic gangrer (condition due to lack of blood circulation in the extremities of the body) etc.

NASYAM: Herbal juices, medicated oil etc., are applied through nose for 7 to 14 days. This treatment is highly effective for certain types of headaches, paralysis, mental disorders, some types of skin diseases etc.

SNEHAPANAM: Medicated ghee is given internally in a proportionally increased quantity for a period of 8 to 12 days. This treatment is for osteoarthritis, psoriasis, leukaemia etc.

KIZHI: Herbal leaves and herbs or herbal powders are applied to the whole body in boluses with hot medicated oils for 45 minutes per day for a period of 7 to 14 days. This treatment is for osteoarthritis with swelling, spondilosis, sports injuries etc.

ANTE-NATAL & POST NATAL CARE: Special month wise treatment given for pregnant women from first month till delivery. Internal medicines given during this period enhances the proper development of foetus and nourishes the mother, prevents abortions, B.P (hypertension) and toxaemia during pregnancy.
After delivery, the newborn is given proper Ayurvedic treatment that will enhance its immune power and further brain and musculo – skeletal developments. From the fifth day after delivery, proper medicated oil massage given for the mother by trained masseurs for two weeks. This oil massage regains their strength in hip bones and related muscles, helps in proper contraction of uterus and inc eases breast milk secretion. For the new born baby, on the 21st day one herbal preparation mixed with breast milk is given which prevents all infectious diseases and works like a vaccine.

REJUVENATION THERAPY (Rasayana Chikilsa): This treatment includes body massage with hand by medicated oils, head massage and face massage with hand by medicated oils, with oil and cream, internal rejuvenative medicines and medicated steam bath. This therapy is for three to four hours per day for 7 to 14 days. This therapy is to rejuvenate the mind, body & soul, to tone up skin, to streugnthen all systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity.

BODY PURIFICATION THERAPY (Shodhana Chikilsa): It is process of purification of the whole body to attain proper balance of vatha, pitha and kapha based on Panchakarma and Swedakarma treatment. The 15 days package process includes body massage, snehapanam, vamanam, nasthi, pizhichil, navarakizhi, tharpanam (cleaning of eyes), shirovsthi and steam bath.

BODY IMMUNISATION / LONGEVITY TREATMENT (Kayakalpa Chikilsa): This is the prime treatment in Ayurveda for reducing ageing process, arresting the degeneration of body cells and immunization of the system. Giving Rasayana (very special Ayurvedic diet) internally is the main part of the programme, based on the Panchakarma and Swedakarma treatment. The 28 days package process include body massage, snehapanam, vamanam, virechanam, nasyam, snehavasthi, kashayavasthi, pizhichil, navarakizhi, tharpanam, shirovasthi, karnapornam, (cleaning or ears) medicated steam bath yoga & medicine. This treatment is best effective, if taken before the age of 60, for either sex.

MEDICATED STEAM BATH: Certain precious herbal leaves, and herbs are boiled and the steam is passed to the whole body for 10 to 20 minutes. This is good for certain skin diseases to eliminate from the body, to improve the tone of the body, to reduce fat, etc.
