He conducted Career counseling programs in various districts such as Chennai, Thiruvallur, Thiruvannamalai, Coimbatore, Erode, Salem, Trichy, Tanjore, Ramanathapuram, Theni, Dindukal, Namakkal, Madurai, Sankarankoil, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Nagercoli. More than 25000 school students especially 10, +1, +2 students are benefited. He has conducted programs in “Jaithu Kattuvom” educational programs organized by “Dinamalar” news paper.

As a Soft Skill Trainer :
He had conducted pre-placement programs in various Engineering colleges, Management and B-Schools. More than 5000 students are benefited.

As an Author:
He has written several books on computers and brought out good number of CDs related to Personality.

As an Editor:
He is the Editor of HR based bulletin “New Horizon” which is sold more than 1000 copies in Chennai Trade Fair.
