UV PRINTING
Essaar sign industries is a prominent name in the field of digital printing services in south India. For all Vinyl Printing, Front lit Flex Printing, Backlit Flex Printing, Glass Etching Films, and Fabric Printing etc. we use latest technologies to deliver a satisfactory outcome.
Among various types of Printing UV printing is different from conventional printing in many ways. It is still ink on various media but the ink dries through a completely different process. Instead of having solvents in the ink that evaporate into the air and absorb into the media , UV inks dry through a photomechanical process. When the inks are exposed to ultraviolet lights they turn from a liquid or paste to a solid. There is significantly less evaporation of solvents and much less absorption of the ink into the stock.
Our flatbed printing machine produce UV curable inks which prints on any flat surface upto 2 inch depth. Our UV flatbed printing machine provides a state of the art process, yielding high quality images which are colour saturated, sharp image instant dry and highly durable. The Indian conventional Acrylic Box Type letters are made with Manual Heat Process Bending .The Acrylic letters are losing their Chemical properties and get tempered while heating.
The Possibility of breakage is possible while maintained is done. The dust & Insects inside the Acrylic side channel is visible and become ugly in the due course. Also the front facing of Acrylic show the Black colour joints with acrylic side channel.
The light emitting from LEDs are split the lighting in the side acrylic channel. But the aluminum profile letters are transmitting the 100 percent light to the front facing. Inside Aluminum profiles are also works as a reflector to the front facing.
