About Thozhuvancode Sree Chamundi Devi Temple in Thozhuvancode, Thiruvananthapuram
500-year-old Thozhuvancode Sree Chamundi Devi Temple in Thiruvananthapuram, managed by the family of the "Kalari guru" of the erstwhile Ettuveettil Tharavaad,is a rising centre of pilgrimage in Trivandrum.The main diety is Chamundeswari Devi.
The other dieties worshipped here are Mohini Yakshi, Durga Devi, Karinkali Devi, Hanuman, Ganapathy,Thamburan, Anantha and Navagrahas.
How to reach the temple?
The temple lies midway between Vattiyoorkavu and Kanjirampara and is around 3 km from Sasthamangalam and 9 km from East Fort.
Temple is open only on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday from 5:30 am to 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 7:45 pm .
