Sparrow Construction Management and Consultancy started its business in 2011 with a group of young, enthusiastic and visionary entrepreneurs at its helm. Sparrow offers a Business to Business to Customer solution that provides an efficient, mutually beneficial partnership between Quality Conscious Customers of living and commercial spaces and best in the town specialist solution providers for specific construction challenges. Sparrow will provide the best solutions available for all customer needs and will act as a nodal agency of the customer in coordinating and managing his construction activities with in accordance with his priorities with no compromise in quality and thus ensuring complete peace of mind for the customer. Within the few months after its successful start the company has branched out its new department for building maintenance and is now planning for further expansion within the next few years.

After receiving B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum, Mr. Jahad A Majeed gained two years of valuable experiences by working with L&T ECC division. Later he achieved gold medal for his post graduation in Geotechnical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, and is presently working as the Division Head of Design and Consultancy services under Sparrow Construction Management and Consultancy.

Mr. Jithin Mathew Panicker, after graduating from College of Engineering, Trivandrum in B.Tech Civil Engineering, pursued his Masters degree in International Construction Management and Engineering at the prestigious University of Leeds, United Kingdom. He has been working as Project Engineer in Kier Group Plc, UK for three years and is now the Division Head of Project Management services under Sparrow Construction Management and Consultancy.

After graduating from College of Engineering, Trivandrum in B.Tech Civil Engineering and completing PGDM from MK University,
Mr. Raveesh Satheesh started his career in Simplex Infrastructures in India. Later he went abroad to join multi - national consultants Wade Adams, Middle East, gaining valuable experience in building and infrastructure projects in GCC countries. He has been running his own contracting company for the past two years, taking up civil and finishing works in various parts of UAE before joining Sparrow. He is presently working as the Division Head of Sparrow Contracting and Building Solutions.

Mr. Jaffin Majeed completed his B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology, Trivandrum. Soon after his under graduation he went to the University of Wollongong, Australia, to pursue his Masters in Mechatronics. After gaining valuable experiences in electrical designing and home automation from Middle East, he has joined Sparrow and is currently working as the Division Head of Sparrow Energy Innovations
