Aeka Biochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is the first entrepreneurial biotech company in Kerala that has been started by young women.

Aeka's first range of products, the Sasya range of microbial plant growth promoters, is a series of microbial consortia of selected species of naturally occurring soil microorganisms developed and tailored towards the needs of different scales and types of farming.

These products are aimed at reducing the costs of organic farming, while naturally increasing growth and immunity of plants, thereby helping to increase yield. These products are beneficial for both the large-volume farmer as well as the urban or terrace gardener.

Our efforts are focused towards the manufacture of products that are aimed at, and useful to the common man. The everyday objective at Aeka is to create solutions that meet and satisfy social and environmental needs, especially that of the local market.

This social dedication is the basis for the choice of areas in which Aeka plans to be active, such as the manufacture of biochemicals relevant to research, or offering green solutions for environmental upkeep and remediation.
