I began my love affair with yoga from the last 8 years. Yoga has been the Best thing that ever happened to me. I feel refined, spirited and relinquished whenever I do yoga. I have been doing it every day and will continue to do forever. Yoga kicks the best out of me.

I started researching on all things yoga and then signed up for Reebok Certification; this provided me with the science on how our body works. Here I learned about Anatomy, Muscle Physiology, Strength Training, Functional Training and Aerobics. I got certified with Reebok group fitness trainer and Reebok Core Pilates trainer. This helped me connect the dots and I was eager to learn and explore more, I started venturing into Hatha Yoga, and got myself trained in Hatha Yoga
