Ring Plus Aqua Ltd. is an ISO/TS 16949 certified company manufacturing automotive components. It was formed by the amalgamation of the two group companies, i.e. Ring Gears India Ltd. and Aqua Bearings Ltd. with effect from April 1, 1997.
The new name reflects original entities of both the merged companies along with the goodwill and reputation of the erstwhile companies. The Ring Gears India Ltd. is now the ' Starter Gear Division ' and the Aqua Bearings Ltd. is now the ' Shaft Bearing Division ' of the merged company.

With 30 years of experience in automotive industry & strong OEM relationship, we have evolved into a quality manufacturing unit earning us several achievements over the past years. We have the best in class production line to cater stringent OEM requirements & now are fully equipped with design and validation centre to offer one stop solution for product development. We also have first-hand experience in SCM globally ensuring JIT services through our warehouses and delivering best services as always. With a capacity of 5.2 million/annum for Starter Ring Gears & 5 million/annum for Integral Shaft Bearings we cater to all the segment of the industry like Automotive, Industrial, Marine, Agricultural & Energy. Since the inception in Raymond group in 2005 we have evolved from a manufacturing unit to a solution providing firm venturing in to new business space and territory worldwide.
Our group company Includes Trinity India & Rose Engineering Products, Trinity India ( Forging division of Ring Plus Aqua Ltd) has expertise in forged and machined components catering Major OEM’s in India and Globally. Rose Engineering products is a 50:50 JV with A.J Rose Manufacturing USA specializing in sheet metal components.
