Chef Fazal has more than two decades of experience in the food industry. He has graduated from the Institute Of Hospitality Management, Catering Technology And Applied Nutrition (IHMCTAN) (Formerly Known As Dadar Catering College). Chef Fazal is an alumnus of the YMCA, Mumbai. He is an expert in bakery science and technology. After working in many well known five star hotels in India he started his own venture and run the show for more than 15 years. Chef Fazal intended to reach more people and serve their taste buds through his multitude of experience and uniqueness.

Prof. Ismail is Fazal's younger brother. A casual talk one day led to the idea of creating something which would serve all of us... especially our Mother, Sister or Spouse who have not time for themselves and have a lot to think before they make a sumptuous meal for us. Prof. Ismail suggested the making of blends that would be traditionally authentic yet easy to make.

Thus began the long R & D sessions. It was after much trial and hard work that they managed to achieve what they had desired. Today Mahek Masala is just in the growing stage but has managed to create authentic blends with traditional tastes using the best ingredients. That's the reason why Mahek Masalas stands out amongst the crowd.
