AyushArogyam emerged out of the need for a comprehensive health care solution which combines the effectiveness
of Ayurveda, the powers of Yoga and the unbelievable healing powers of
the Panchkarma therapy.
AyushArogyam believes in attaining only one GOAL - Finding means to provide everyone a path to long and health living!
It is our strong belief that a happy and self content human being can stay healthy and active through adopting the ancient practices
of Ayurveda. However, the phrase "happy and content" in the real life appears to be long lost with the variety of stress an individual faces in his daily life.
Our sedentary life style and erratic foods habits make situations worse.
AyushArogyam thus focuses not only on the physical needs but also aims at nurturing the overall psyche and physique of an
