Mastermind foundation is a part of Mastermind Group of companies. MM group offers variety of services from Business Training, Business Consultancy, Retail Training, Online Courses in Retail to Online Business Consultancy & Staff Training to the companies that we deal with.

At Mastermind Foundation (MMF), which is a CSR arm of Mastermind Group of companies, we try our best efforts that whatever knowledge we possess must reach to all segments of society through our different campaigns / movements.

What is learn India ?

L-earn India is all towards cultivating YOUTH. This workshop will activate their senses, it will help them to be enlightened. It will showcase to them the importance of ‘the meaning of life’ and how to use it in the most effective manner. The youth is dynamic, creative and determined with leadership attributes in their blood. They are the next employment generator, change bringer, problem solvers and all they need is a push in the right direction. L-earn India with its tailor-made services, is well known for this push in the right direction, fostering youth’s tomorrow since the last 6 years, while being successful in it too. We empower, energise, enlighten and make them efficient in their decisions, knowledge upgradation, skill fostering and the way of life.

During our initial years at Mastermind, we identified the GAP of Demand Vs Supply in terms of the Quality of the Graduates which were coming out from colleges. Businessmen think that students coming out from Reputed Colleges will help them grow instantly & will change the face of their company.

While on the other hand, Students expect that they will get an opportunity to learn beyond the knowledge of books and normally they carry a fairy tale dream of the after college life, they think that corporates will teach them their role in the organisations, creating a huge GAP.

We identified this GAP and came up with “L-earn India” Training module which we deliver to Students and Professionals. The education system that we have is limited to a certain point and the 21st century demands constant learning and upgradation in your knowledge and skills. That is exactly what we provide, we encourage them to learn, unlearn and relearn, to upgrade them, know new things and to be the change bringer they look up to. we motivate them to take on the world out there and explain how they can be an effective leader. All this to prove one thing to them, that if they have the “WILL” for it they can truly become Unstoppable.

Till now, we have trained around 10000+ students, we do this by doing sessions in various colleges across different fields and in various communities too. The content is delivered by the team of expert public speakers whom we train and develop.

We have reached out to a lot of students and professionals under L-earn India campaign through various institutions and have received amazing feedback from Deans / Students and Trainers.

EARN India is an Initiative is about upliftment of the BPL families whose total family income is less than 20,000 per month. MMF adopts these families for a time frame of 6 months to 1 Year & upgrade their family income with our mentoring, coaching & business consultancy services through our professional business counsellors.

Why EARN India ?

We at MMF, through EARN India, with our Best of Capacities try to enhance the quality of life of the families we serve. We give them consultancy on how business should be done to help them have a better chance at future. 35% BPL families exist that too just in the urban area, while india is on its rise and is one of the fastest growing economy, some people still have to beg, borrow and steal for a piece of bread.

So we thought, if we give them food, it might last a day, if we give them money it might last a week, if we give them shelter it might last a year, but knowledge on how to gain these and help them gain these is till eternity.

That’s exactly what we like to serve them, knowledge to do their business ethically and have a better life for them, their family and the generations to come.



How ?

Under Earn India we go to different communities and select BPL families from their, we meet different kinds of families whose combined family income is below Rs 20,000 per month. We pick up a family do a complete SWOT analysis of them to know how to enhance their conditions in a better direction. we come up with ways to enhance their income, ways which are quick in result generating and ways which last for a long period of time. At MMF and in Earn India we don’t consider that we have been of any help if their income growth is beneath 50%. So, even after a consultancy of 6 months if the family’s income has not gone above 50% or if it fell back after reaching 50% we don’t consider it as an upgraded family and we work another 6 months on them. After it gains minimum 50% gain we make sure that it doesn’t fall to lower percentages from it.

We help theses families take benefits of different government schemes and subsidies and we also help them with necessary documents to avail the same. Earn india works with highly skilled professional consultants whom we call “Business Counsellors” to achieve the above. We have been successful in getting some amazing feedback from the beneficiaries we serve during this project.

Till now, we have upgraded 83 families under this initiative whose average family income growth has been observed at 80%.

We are committed to serve to different communities PAN India through EARN India initiative. We want to help them grow, in monetary terms, in society and most importantly in knowledge, we want them to be self surviving and to grow together as our nation does.

To say it simply we help “Organize” the “Unorganized”so that they can enjoy a better future and a happier life.
