Varachha road, one of the most busy street of the Surat city, once was considered at the outskirt and an ignored area by the educationist, to conquer the thirst of knowledge of the residents of the area Sadhna Vidyabhavan Trust keep the stepping stone in 31st July 1970 by the well known economist of Gujarat Mr. N. Vakil and the trust Registered in 1970 by the name of Sadhna Vidyabhavan. Initially there were no building for the school so the devoted trustee of this trust “Prabhu kaka” allowed his own house without charging any rent in this way Sadhna school started its journey in the form of small unit and in the short span of time took a shape of a huge building due to hard work, dedication,devotion of each and every belonging of Sadhna Vidyabhavan Trust. School started with 180 students from class 1 to 10 and named as “Shri Prabhubhai Makanji Bhakta Primary School “. The nursery school named as “Shri Samubhai Harilal Jhaveri Nursery School “. At that time everyone worked hard to bring students till the school campus but within short span of time due to sincere and dedicate efforts of everyone. The people of Varachha now required another Sadhna school and trustees were looking for new building for the same. At that moment the man with golden heart, Philanthropist Mr. Ramubhai Patel has donated his huge land at the Prime place of Varachha and boost up the confidence of the trustees. The foundation stone kept on 25th Jan 1981 and within a year building was constructed and school started with the name of great donor Mr. Ramubhai Manobar Patel Primary School and the “ Shantilalbhai Nathubhai Katargamwala Primary School” and in June 1984 XI XII classes started with Science and art streams and one more feather added in the cap of SVB and this section known as Kirtikumar Chimanlal Kothari Sec & Sr. Sec School. The process of development is on and there in no dearth of zeal; the management is clear about its vision and is on the same path.
