About Miss Mad Batter in C-403, Nandini 3, Vesu, Surat

Heyy there!! I'm Heena. I started baking when i was a teen.
When i couldn't find "yummy" baked goods in my hometown, i decided to take matters into my own hands and started baking my own.

It wasn't until i was well into my Interior Designing career that i realized baking was my true calling so i have finally decided to turn my love of all things yummy into a business.

Baking for me is like therapy. I believe that when it comes to baking, you shouldn't seek perfection. I like experimenting and tweaking the recipes as it gives them your own personal touch.

and yeah..this may sound totally crazyy but I do get sudden strong urges to bake at the middle of the night and then i can't sleep until i bake something..hence the name, "Miss Mad Batter"!!
