The Surat Diamond Association is the only registered Diamond Association at Surat, established on 29/07/1988, representing the Diamond and Jewellery Trade & Industry, specifically catering the interests of the Diamond Community.

Our Association and Trust is a non-profit organization, with a membership of around 2000 members. Surat Diamond Association comprises of members across the fraternity right from DTC Sightholders to very small manufacturers engaged in activities of import of rough, trading in rough, cutting and polishing of diamonds, trading of polished diamonds, technology and service providers as well as people involved in brokerage and contract work in the Gem and Jewellery segment. Almost all major companies who have their operations in Surat are members of Surat Diamond Association. The Surat Diamond Association has played a lead role in representing the issues of the Industry and bringing solutions to the tricky problems of the Industry in a very proactive manner.
