Khyber Agro Farms Pvt Ltd is the largest milk plant in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, situated at Ladho, Lethpora, Dist. Pulwama Kashmir.
The plant is semi-automatic with technology back up from Alfa Laval India Limited (ALIL), a Sweden based multinational company known globally for latest diary technology.
All the varieties of milk are standardized, pasteurized and sterilized in the plant with installed capacity of 100,000 liters per day, with a system built in for expansion of 1.50 lac liters per day.
The company has gained a good market reputation for its Khyber brand ghee and other Khyber brand diary products, in the valley as well as outside.
The company is enjoying 85 % share of processed milk market in the valley with the help of a net work of more than 2000 outlets and the number is still growing
