The St. Xavier International School is managed by “Hasmuddin Khan Education Foundation”. The Hasmuddin Khan Education Foundation has been registered on 24 February 2016 with the company registered from Govt. of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Patna [Pursuant to sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rule 8 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014]. Mr. Parwez Anjum Khan, Ajit Kumar, Mohammad Azad Khan and Ujjawal Kumar alias (Mohit Srivastav) are respectively the Directors of “Hasmuddin Khan Education Foundation”.
The founders of the “Hasmuddin Khan Education Foundation” had just one idea before embarking upon setting up the school. Today, more than ever before, education is the backbone of individual development; the founders of the “Hasmuddin Khan Education Foundation” have a firm belief that children from all the sections of the society should be enlightened with life education so that they are not left behind in the process of development. But the trust does not entirely believe that passing through examinations is the real test for a child to prove he or she has acquired the knowledge to face the challenges in life and lead a successful and fulfilling life.
To achieve the above, the school gives emphasis on holistic education that is formal traditional teaching followed by modern methods of learning besides counselling the students to deliberate, decide and choose the career and focus the energies towards that personal goal. Be it becoming a career sports person or a revered teacher of an IT professional and so on, this, the school feels is the seed for holistic education.
