Dynamic Info Service was established in 2006, it is serving to spread the IT boom in remote areas, shifting the focus from a handful of major cities and metropolis. It is first of its kind in the entire District of Uttara Kannada and today it has emerged as premier BPO among the rural BPO’s in our state.

We have a social cause of creating job opportunities in rural places and thereby arrest migration of local educated people to cities.

It is also our endeavor to prove the fact that, all the required infrastructure facilities, at par with cities, can be provided in rural areas, in far lesser cost and quality work, at par with BPO’s of cities, can be produced with far lesser working capital, as compared to establishments in cities.

So far we are successful in achieving our objects and we are confident of progressing further, utilizing immense potential available in rural places.

Dynamic Info Service strongly believes in giving well planned BPO jobs in small, medium towns using local talent and offer customized service offerings; translating into the most flexible and cost effective services of the highest quality for our customers.It also believes in taking up challenging jobs.

Initially Dynamic is started with 20 employees. The projects were bit small at the beginning days.

Now Dynamic Info Service is having 108 employees who are working efficiently in the organization. Majority of them are graduates. The employees are having good computer skills so they best suite in running non voice projects. In future we are looking for KPO kind of projects. We can hire skilled employees which suites for KPO projects.

•As typing is one of the basic needs for BPO job we select those who have good typing speed.
•For every new employee in Dynamic for first month we train them typing, spread sheet and teach simple data entry work.
•Then in second month we train them real work which is called process training.
•After training we conduct test and those full fill our criteria will be selected as permanent employee.
