Sangrah School was established in 1944 by people of area and this is one of oldest School of Sangrah Sub-Divison. The School was upgraded as Seiner Secondary in 1986 by HP Government to fulfill the pending demand of the peoples of this area. Arts, Non-Medical and Medical faculty/ courses are available here and about 450 students are getting education in GSSS Sangrah during this session. Sangrah Town is about 358 K.M. from Delhi, 161 K.M. from Shimla, 152 K.M. from Chandigarh, 65 K.M. from Rajgarh, 63 K.M. from Nahan and 25 K.M. from Renuka Ji (By Road).
