But soon the Sad Demise of Late Durga Prasad Rathi was a shock for his both the Sons who were very young to handle the buisness at its early stage. But his both Son's Mr Rajesh Rathi(Elder son)B.SC & Mr.Rajeev Rathi(Younger)B.Comm from Kanpur University acted very Smatly and handled the situation. Then through 2004 Sri Rathi Retail started import of computer pheripheral & Home Appliances.The trust which enabled a force came from the strong customer feedback which help in creating a huge base of customers.
