In “n” Out was launched on the 15th of August 1998, by a diehard foodie, who believed in “Living to eat” rather than the conventional “Eating to Live.” Initially, the focus was on serving Indian and continental dishes but it gradually gained grounds in Mughalai, Indian and Chinese preparations. It has now carved a niche amongst the Mughalai restaurants in and around Siliguri. Some say that, it serves the “best biryani in town”, though we at In “n” Out, continue to believe that there is always room for improvement and off course improvisation.
Presently, efforts are on to promote its latest endeavor which is outdoor catering, be it a wedding, a birthday bash, a picnic or any other event. In “n” Out, lately has been receiving raving reviews from patrons for its quality of food and service in outdoor catering as well.
At In “n” Out, we simply have one belief, one philosophy and one thought, that Good Food is the ultimate essence of happiness and satisfaction. As Luciano Pavarotti had once said “ One of the nicest things about life is the way we must stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating” .
Through this page, we hope to reach out to our patrons and exchange ideas with them, receive feed backs, share recipes and …well … to put it simply, talk about our first love … FOOD. As G.B. Shaw, sums it up, by saying “There is no love sincerer than the love of Food.”
