The seeds of this brand were sown in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, famous for the yellow chilli spice mix that brings in a union of zingy flavours, aromas and colours! All it took Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor was a bite of it and the next thing was the first The Yellow Chilli in 2001 in Ludhiana.

With a menu philosophy that works on the principle of reinventing cult Indian dishes, The Yellow Chilli provides its guests a feel of travelling across India with all five senses and a plate.
