Wherever you go ,in any ganesh bhel shop the taste remains same. In this Bhel Family, from younger to elder we have 103 members.Even if we have different branches,We are one family. One and only one Occupation we have that is Bhel. When we asked about this,Ganesh Chaulwar said that" I am from parbhani. 40 years back due to some unfavourable conditions, Dattaray Yashwant Chaulwar and Chitamani Yashwant Chaulwar left the village with their mother.At that time,My father Ratanlal Chaulwar was a small kid.After coming pune, we were totally blank what to do next.They were living near Nal Stop. At that time, there were no residents in Kothrud.My Grandmother started selling IceFruits on vehicle. Starting from NalStop,Khadakwasla,Pashan, upto Vidyapeeth, My grandma used to do the business on the cart on the occasion of fair. Both uncles used to help her in her business.Financial Conditions were not good.My Grandma took more efforts. From here this business began to establish.My father was a small kid at that time.By taking these much efforts she taught her children good morals and values and made them responsible person. Not a single person in my family is a having any addiction or followed any wrong path, this I can proudly tell just because of my grandma.Today my grandma is 84 years old.By seeing this progress in our business,she feels proud." After that my father started selling murmure and farsaan.By seeing their efforts and dedication, Sancheti Lodha gave a financial help for opening a shop. Our bhel shop is the first bhel shop in Kothrud Area.My father did changes in our business time to time.Nowadays,along with bhel we also sell Ragadapuri,Panipuri and other types of items."Why did you keep the names of all Shops as Ganesh bhel" when asked then Ganesh Chaulwar said,"We started our this business in pune, with Sarasbuag�s Lord Ganesha Blessings." On that belief, eveyone termed it as a �Ganesh Bhel".Due to this wellknown name, customers recognizes us by this name.Ladies also have an active participation in our business.In our family,no one does the job. Everyone in our family are involved in this business. Whichever shop you visit, you will get the same taste because the same ingredients are used.Including farsan all the ingredients are prepared by us.We treat our customer as our own family member.You will find the rush in all our shops due to our good service.Before taking any decision we come together , discuss and come to the conclusion.We have our dream to export Ganesh Bhel. So we have started taking steps towards it.
