About La Bohemienne et les amis in ''Indralaya'' la chaumiere, Shillong

La Bohemienne et les amis is a pop up restaurant created by Tara Goswami - an artist, yogi and cook. She's lived away in Barcelona for the last few years, but now like the prodigal child, her pilgrimage of self discovery and love has led her back home to Shillong. She's taken on the mission of revamping a family legacy, and resurrect her late father's restaurant from the 70's - Bohemia, the crazy fun stories of which always inspired her.
As the first collaboration, Tara teams up with Guglielmo Sartor and Cameron Starr who are The pilgrim cookbook and the Great Food-Tuk adventure, a chef and a filmmaker traveling the world exchanging food for stories. Together, they venture on a mad adventure to create some unforgettably magical dining experiences, served with a generous helping of eccentricity.
The first phase is just one month long. But soon we hope to collaborate with other like minded people and bring creative, vibrant energies to create unforgettable experiences. The space is magic and beauty, come experience it.
