Established in 2003 at Shillong, Avenues is a forerunner in the Capacity Building space across North East India with cross domain expertise in Skills Mapping, Skills Gap / Training Needs Identification and Skills Development for Youth, Young Adults and the Unemployed. With over 15,000 graduates from our Communication and Life Skills Academies, and a number of existing partnerships with public/private enterprises and Government Departments aimed at improving Employability, Community Uplift and Empowerment, Avenues’ ability to deliver time-bound results for Skill-Building Initiatives is widely acknowledged.
