It is an initiative to stop the Migration of rural youth in search of employment opportunities to urban areas. The motto of Maa Ooru is to provide the employment by creating Entrepreneurs from the rural areas to increase the employment. We plan to do this in a step by step procedure, we first train the rural youth with the skill development training in around 15 areas of life skills including IT and Non IT. These life skills give them an opportunity to become self employed indeed provide the employment under them. We hope No villager should think of migrating to urban for the employment. We also hope that these skilled people should think of generating the revenue from the available resources.
